Eggs, Tuna, Avocado


  • 2 Cups of Spinach
  • 4 oz of tuna
  • 1 Hard Boiled Egg
  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Cucumber
  • 2 Slices of Bacon (optional)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of mayo
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper



Start by washing the spinach and placing it at the base of a salad bowl. Next place all of the

remaining ingredients one by one in a straight line. Lastly drizzle the olive oil on top and add salt

and pepper if desired.
