Chicken, Feta Cheese and Avocado Grill

4 Chicken thighs
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Reduced Sugar ketchup
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 teaspoon Aromat
1 Tablespoon Olive oil

 

  1. Combine Turmeric, Dijon Mustard, Reduced Sugar ketchup, Paprika, Aromat and olive oil into a bowl
  2. Season thighs with the marinade
  3. Place in the oven set at 200C and leave to bake for 30-45 minutes
  4. Serve with 30g Feta cheese(Optional) and 1/2 Avocado
